Please note: Please be aware that certain shipments may encounter delays during customs clearance. Kindly take this into consideration when estimating shipping times.

Each shipment is accompanied by a tracking number, enabling you to track its journey from our facility to your doorstep. 

Pre - Orders

Please be informed that orders containing a pre-ordered item will not be partially fulfilled. Your order will only be processed once the pre-ordered item becomes available in stock. If you prefer to receive your in-stock items promptly, we recommend purchasing them separately. Thank you for your understanding.

Taxes and Import fees

The delivery cost for international online orders does not cover any potential import taxes and customs duties. You or the recipient of the order are responsible for paying any applicable import taxes and customs duties. Please note that duties and taxes are assessed based on the total value of the items in your parcel. We advise reaching out to your local customs authorities to determine the additional duties and taxes that may apply to your parcel upon its arrival in your country.

Returns

Q: Does QuickBow® offer refunds?

We gladly provide store credits or replacements for products that do not meet your needs. It's important to note that the product must be returned unused within 30 days of its delivery date. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for used products.

Q: What if my product was received damaged or faulty?

A: You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if you receive your product damaged or faulty. For more information, please refer to paragraph 4a of our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to only offer store credit or a replacement. 

Q: I ordered the wrong size online - can I exchange for another size or style?

A: We understand it can be difficult to order the correct size and style online. This is why we offer a Style & Style Swap Guarantee on QuickBow® products. Our Style & Size Swap guarantee is valid only within thirty (30) days of the initial purchase and only applicable once per order.

Q: I have sent my product back, when will I get store credit or a replacement?

A: Once the goods are returned to the warehouse, please allow 7-14 days for this to be actioned and emailed to you. 

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?

A: Yes, it is your responsibility to pay for return shipping of the product if you decide not to keep it.

Delivery

Q: What is the standard delivery timeframe?

A: We aim to have your order delivered within 5 days.

Q: Can I redirect to a different address after the parcel has left the warehouse?

A: This option is no longer available. Please contact us for further information.

Q: What if the delivery has taken over 14-21 working days?

A: Please consult your tracking details and contact us if you have any concerns.

Q: Can I get my order sooner via express delivery?

A: Express shipping is available for our Professional Portable Makeup Studio only.
